On April 8, 2009, it was announced that Rihanna inked a fragrance deal with Jay-Z’s licensing company Iconic Fragrances. Iconic Fragrance will launch the fragrance in the summer of 2010. Rihanna confirmed whilst on the radio show "Valentine In The Morning" that her new fragrance is called "Route 22". Rihanna is working with her artistic director for Rated R, Simon Henwood, on the book Rihanna. It is scheduled for release on September 14, 2010.
